Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Tags still attached
• In original packaging

• Socks and underwear (for hygiene reasons)
• Sale items (unless faulty)

Email us at hello@monkeypadel.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions.

Once we receive your item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of approval. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
